Reiki Healing
Reiki is a system of healing with natural energy.
In the early 1900’s Dr. Mikao Usui developed the Usui Reiki System. It is one of the most powerful, yet gentle ways of healing your mind, body and spirit.
Reiki healing works on the emotional, physical and spiritual levels. It helps your body to release old hurts and ailments, allowing the true healing to take place on all levels.
Reiki can be done hands on, or hands off, depending on your preference. You remain fully clothed, and are encouraged to actively participate in the healing if you wish.

Reiki is a holistic therapy, and treats the person as a whole, and not just the symptoms or dis-ease.
Most people will find Reiki to be extremely relaxing.
It helps you to switch off and just be. You may even drift off into a relaxed sleep.
You may experience warmth, tingling, coolness or some discomfort during your treatment. This is all a natural part of the healing process, and I will talk you through anything you may experience if you wish.
I aim to help you understand what you are experiencing, and what is happening within your body, to help you grow and empower yourself.
I believe understanding what is happening within your body is a big step towards your healing.
The Reiki healing continues to work on your body after the session is finished, and I will give you tips to help you work in co-operation with this after your session.
Cost is £25 for a one hour healing session
The first appointment is normally one and a half hours, for £25.
You will usually benefit from a course of Reiki treatments for many ailments and a feeling of wellbeing.
A discount is offered for course of treatments booked in advance.
Reiki Attunements
After experiencing Reiki healing many people go on to be attuned to the Reiki Energy system.
This helps you to work on your own self healing, and then you can go on to learn to help others heal too.
The Reiki courses are split into three levels.
At each level you will receive an attunement, a manual and a certificate.
Reiki 1 (2 days) £100
You will learn about the history of Reiki and how Dr. Usui was given the symbols.
We will help you recognise the benefits of Reiki and how you can help to heal your own body.
You will learn meditation techniques, about the chakras and how the body’s energy systems work.
You will be attuned to Level 1 Reiki, and then be shown methods of self healing.
Reiki 1 is about opening you up to the beautiful energies of Reiki, and the natural gift of self healing.
Reiki 2 (3 days) £150
Reiki 2 focuses on healing at the emotional and mental level.
Reiki 2 heals past lives, assists with addictions and negative thinking patterns.
You will learn more about the body, and how the healing works within the body, and the aura.
You will be given your Reiki 2 attunement.
You will learn how to work with the healing symbols.
Distant healing will be learnt and practiced. You will learn methods to heal old hurts and situations, as well as different methods of healing the body.
You will start to work with your intuition, and learn to trust in the Reiki healing and how to use it.
You will start to recognise how each healing session can be different as each client’s needs are so individual.
You will practice ‘hands on’ and ‘hands off’ healing methods, and start to experience what the healing energy feels like when you are working with it.
You will be guided through professional conduct, and how to work with your clients.
By the end of the Reiki 2 course you will qualified to work as a Reiki healer on other people.
When you have your Reiki 2 certificate you will be able to get insurance cover, to allow you to be a channel for Reiki healing.
You are then ready to work with the Reiki healing, and offer Reiki to other people.
